摘要
为探讨经直肠修补配合消痔灵注射治疗直肠前突所致出口梗阻型便秘的效果，对经排粪造影检查证实直肠前突深度≥30mm的48例进行对比治疗。其中观察组26例，采用经直肠修补加消痔灵注射治疗；对照组22例，采用经直肠修补术治疗直肠前突，比较其疗效。结果显示，观察组26例，仅1例无效，总有效率为96．2％，无感染及明显后遗症；对照组22例，无效6例，总有效率为81．8％。结果表明，经直肠修补加消痔灵注射治疗直肠前突具有疗效好、痛苦小、并发症及后遗症少等优点。
For the aim of investigating the efficacy of repairing via rectum combined with injecting Xiaozhiling on rectocele author selected 48 patients whom rectoeele deep was 3 mm and more,and divided them into observation group（ n = 26） and controlled group （ n = 22） ; observation group received above combined therapy,controlled group was subjected to alone via rectum repairing. Outcome comparison showed that in observation group total effective rate was 96.2% （25/26）,no infection and great complication was found; while in controlled group total effective rate was 81.8%（16/22）. Results show that above combined therapy has the advantages such as better curative effect,milder pain,less complication and sequela,etc.
