摘要
采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制变频器对继电器控制方式的电梯进行改造,并应用到对十层十站电梯控制系统的改造中。改造后的电梯在运行性能、安全性能、乘坐舒适感、节能等方面均优于原电梯。
A reconstructive project which adopts PLC controlling inverter to improve the elevator's control system is proposed to solve the existence problem. And the proposal is applied in the implementation of the controlling system improvement for 10-floor elevator. Choosing the compatible style frequency inverter improves the speed control system base on the old elevator. The capability of the improved elevator, for example, circulate capability, secur- ity capability, comfortable ride, economize energy and so on , are all better than before.
