能源工业固体废物粉煤灰基净水剂的研制

摘要 以粉煤灰为主要原料制备净水剂.将按一定质量比混合的粉煤灰、纯碱和助溶剂在马弗炉中高温煅烧一定时间,缓慢冷却后得到性能稳定、自粉性能良好的黄绿色初级产品;废水处理前将以上初级产品用6 mol/L盐酸浸取、陈化2 h后即得聚硅氯化铝铁(PSAFC)净水剂.模拟实验表明,自制净水剂适用于处理pH值在6以上的高浊度、高色度废水,与市售聚合氯化铝(PAC)比较,其絮体密实,沉降速度快,所得污泥体积小.处理后的废水pH值为6~9可直接排放. Water purification agent PSAFC was prepared from fly ash.First,mixing fly ash with sodium carbonate and cosolvent at certain ratio and roasting the mixture in muffle furnace for a given period of time;then cooling it slowly.The primary product is thus formed,which is greenish yellow powder with stable property.Second,to obtain the final product,PSAFC,leaching the primary product in hydrochloric acid(mol/L) and then aging for 2 hours.The results show that this flocullant is effective in treating waste water having a pH greater than 6 with high turbidity and colourity.Comparing with PAC,PSAFC has much better performance than PAC in sedimentation rate and sludge volume.What's more,the water having a pH between 6 and 9 can discharge directly.
