摘要
在查清资源类型、数量和质量的基础上,对西宁市的后备土地资源的开发条件和潜力进行了分析．并提出了相应的开发对策。
This thesis deals with the development conditions and potential of reserve land resources in the city Xining. The countermeasures to local conditions are put forward.
