摘要
从结构元件和结构系统两个层次对船舶空间结构的可靠性进行分析计算。船体是一种由梁和加筋板格组成的三维空间薄壁结构,分别以杂交梁元和加筋板格元来模拟三维结构体系。基于随机有限元法,采用改进一次二阶矩法分析大型结构系统元件的可靠性,在此基础上,采用改进的分枝限界法寻找主要失效模式,然后用概率网络估算法(PNET法)计算结构系统的可靠性指标。通过实例对典型舱段结构在中拱、中垂两种工况下的可靠性进行计算。结果表明,该方法能较好地解决船体空间结构的可靠性分析。
The reliability analysis of ship spatial structure was done both on the structure elements and the structure system.The ship was treated as a three-dimensional spatial thin-walled structure composed of beams and stiffened plates,which were simulated by cross girder elements and stiffened plate elements. Using stochastic finite element method and advanced first order second moment method, the element reliability analysis was performed.Then,the advanced branch-and-bound algorithm was used to find the main failure mode,and the reliability index of ship structure system was calculated by probabilistie network evaluation technique (PNET). The method was used to analyze the reliability of the typical ship cabin in the hogging and sagging condition. The result shows that the method could do the ship spatial structure reliability perfectly.
