摘要
以新疆和田玉枣为原料,研究了提取和田玉枣中cAMP的工艺技术以及采用高效液相色谱法测定其含量的可行性方法。结果表明,提取和田玉枣中cAMP的工艺条件为:提取温度40℃、提取时间8h、料液比1∶15、溶剂浓度15%;测定和田玉枣中cAMP的色谱条件为:以Brava-BDSC18为固定相;以甲醇-pH为3的双蒸水(10∶90,V/V)为流动相;流速:0.8mL/min;检测波长257.0nm;温度为室温。
Taking Xinjiang Hetian jade Chinese jujube as the materials, the technology of extracting cAMP from Hetian jade jujuba and feasible methods of determining the content with HPLC were studied.The results showed that:the technology of extracting cAMP from Hetian jade jujuba was that:extraction temperature 40℃, extraction time 8h, ratio of material to liquor 1:15, concentration of solvent 15%.Chromatographic condition was that: Brava- BDS C18 as the solid phase,CH3OH-double distilled water with pH3(10:90,V/V)as the mobile phase,flow rate was 0.8mL/min,and at room temperature.
