摘要 简述天津北疆电厂2×1000MW超超临界机组锅炉引风机选型过程,介绍其引风机与增压风机合并设置的应用。通过对单级和双级动叶可调轴流风机的结构、运行维修、制造、投资特点以及订货情况的对比,说明GW级机组引风机与增压风机合并设置采用双级动叶可调轴流风机是可行的。针对引风机与增压风机合并设置的特点,探讨了锅炉炉膛设计瞬态负压及防内爆保护措施,分析了锅炉运行的安全性,认为在脱硫系统投入率高的情况下,引风机与增压风机合并设置可以提高机组运行的经济性。 The ID fan type selection of the boiler for Tianjin Beijiang power plant 2× 1 000 MW USC units was briefly introdueed, the application of ID fan amalgamated with FGD booster fan for 1000 MW units was introduced. It was proved that the amalgamation of ID fan and FGD booster fan and ehoosing variable moving-blade double stage axial fan was feasible, according to eomparing the features of single and double stage variable moving-blade axial flow ID fans on structures, operations, maintenances, manufactures, investments, as well as their orders. Considering the characteristics of the ID fan and FGD booster amalgamation, the furnace design negative instant pressure and protective measures for implosion of the boiler was discussed, the security of the boiler operation was analyzed, finally the economy of operation can be increased by the amalgamation of ID fan and FGD booster fan in the situation of high utilization rate of FGD.
