摘要
针对湖南某钒矿生球粒度不同,最终转浸率差异较大的问题,采用正交试验研究,确定了不同粒径的生球,在同温不同时间条件下的最后转浸率。结果表明:合适球径应在8~13 mm之间。为现场提供了参考数据,为进一步实验研究和生产应用开阔了前景。
The differences in granularity of green-ball can lead to large diversity in immersion ratio.With orthogonal test study, this paper focuses on the final immersion ratio of green-ball with different particle diameters in same temperature but different time, The results showed that: the right ball diameter should be between 8 -13 mm.which provides reference data and prospect for further experimental study.
