摘要
先用１，２—二氯乙烷萃取ＡＢＳ和亚甲基形成的复合物，再用浓盐酸洗，使其与亚甲蓝分离，而后用水自二氯乙烷的溶液中萃取ＡＢＳ，在２２２ｎｍ处用紫外法测定ＡＢＳ的吸收值．
In this paper,we have introduced the 1,2-dichloroethane extracting compound of alkylbenzensulfonate and mathylene blue from sample.when extracting solution is washed by concentrated hydrochloric acid.ABS is separated from methylene blue..At last,the ABS is extracted from sotulion of 1,2-dichloroethane with water.Using ultraviolet method the author determined absorption value of ABS at 222 nm.
