摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法从儿少冰球运动员的特点入手,指出儿少时期培养冰球战术意识的重要性,提出了儿少冰球运动员战术意识的影响因素主要包括年龄因素、身体素质训练因素、技战术理论知识及技术训练因素、文化素质因素等,并有针对性地提出了根据年龄敏感因素进行培养、文化素质和技战术理论知识的培养、观察能力的培养、对抗能力的培养和创造思维能力的培养等具体训练方式、方法,为广大冰球教练员、运动员提供训练和教学的理论依据及理论参考。
With the methods of documentary information and consulting experts, starting from the ice hockey children players＇feature, the article points out the importance of developing their tactics consciousness in childhood. It indicates the influencing factors of children tactics consciousness mainly relate to the age, physical condition training, technical and tactical theory, technical training and cultural quality. Through the analysis of factors mentioned above, it puts forward the specific training methods as follows ： follow the age, develop their culture quality and technical and tactical knowledge, develop their observation and counterforce and innovation ability. These suggestions are as a reference for the ice hockey coaches and players to have better training and teaching.
