摘要
结合襄胡二线新刘家沟隧道实际工程,通过对既有花果隧道的四次爆破振动测试分析及一次爆破验证,说明爆破振动的参数设计是合理的,质点的振动速度能够客观反映现场的地质状况和衰减规律,新建隧道施工爆破对爆心距最小的左边墙影响最大。随着测点与爆心距的增大,质点振速衰减明显,质点振动幅值依次减小。建议在新建隧道洞口段进行分段爆破,限制每次爆破最大段装药量,以保证既有隧道结构的稳定安全和正常运营。
Based on the Xinliujiagou tunnel project in No.2 Xianghu railway,the vibration design is proved to be reasonable through four blasting vibration analyses and a blasting on the existing tunnel.The particle vibration velocity could reflect the site-geological condition and the attenuation law and the sidewall which is the nearest place to the existing tunnel is influenced seriously during the blasting in new built tunnel.The particle vibration attenuates obviously with the distance increase between the monitoring point and explosion center, and the amplitude of the monitor points decrease gradually apart from the explosion centre. It is proposed that the repeatedly blasting should be carried on at the Entrance of the new tunnel, and the maximum amount of the charge should be limited in order to ensure the structural stability and normal operation of the existing tunnel.
