摘要
以开发石油炼化过程控制数据采集与分析系统为背景,提出了基于OPC技术的RSView32远程数据采集方案。在分析了几种可能的数据存储方案及其优缺点后,提出了一种使用格式化文本文件的数据存储方案,并介绍了用折半查找来访问数据文件的思想。应用表明,数据采集与存储方案,能够很好地解决实时数据的远程传输、存储与快速访问等问题。
A method of remote data acquisition by RSView32 system based on OPC technology is proposed on the background of developing a data collection and analysis system for refinery process. After some possible data storage methods and their disadvantages are analyzed, a method using formatted text files is put forward. In addition, a binary search method is introduced to access the data file. The application has indicated that the method proposed can be used for remote acquisition, storage and convenient access of real-time data etc.
