摘要
在美国次贷危机引发的金融危机不断蔓延和中国房地产市场处于深度调整的复杂形势下,国内商业银行所面临的房地产信贷风险日益凸显,应采取如下的房地产信贷风险管理措施:实行房地产信贷总量控制和严格客户、项目分类管理;坚持房地产开发贷款封闭管理,严防信贷资金挪用;完善房地产贷款风险监控机制和加强抵押品价值管理。
Under the complex situation with the spread of financial crisis and the depth adjustments of Chinese real estate, commercial bank should pay attention to the credit risks on real estate, and take effective measures to prevent its occurrence such as control Credit total quantity, strengthen sort management on customers and project of real estate, manage the money of loans, strengthen the risk control mechanisms and the management of collateral value.
