摘要
以钛酸四丁酯为前驱物,采用水解沉淀法制备了N掺杂TiO_2光催化剂和H_2O_2改性的N掺杂TiO_2光催化剂。实验表明,H_2O_2改性的N掺杂TiO_2光催化剂的最佳制备条件为:氨水(质量分数28%)加入量20 mL,焙烧温度500℃,H_2O_2(质量分数30%)加入量2.0 mL。日光下,N掺杂TiO_2光催化剂及H_2O_2改性的N掺杂TiO_2光催化剂在反应90 min时的活性红紫去除率达99%,它们对活性红紫的去除率远高于P_(25)TiO_2光催化剂。H_2O_2改性的N掺杂TiO_2光催化剂中N质量分数比改性前明显提高,制备的两种催化剂中不仅含有N元素,同时还含有C和H元素。
Using Ti( OC4H9 )4 as the reaction precursor, the compounded photocatalyst N-doped TiO2 was prepared by hydrolysis-precipitation method, and then modified by H2O2. The optimum conditions for preparation of H2O2-modified N-doped TiO2 are as follows: ammonia dosage 20 mL (with 28% of mass fraction), calcination temperature 500 ℃, H2O2 dosage 2.0 mL( with 30% of mass fraction). After 90 min of reaction on N-doped TiO2 or H2O2 -modified N-doped TiO2 under sunlight, the removal efficiencies of reactive red-violet by the two photocatalysts are both 99%, which are greatly higher than that by photocatalyst P25TiO2. Compared with N-doped TiO2, the mass fraction of N in H2OE-modified N-doped TiO2 is significantly increased. Both of the two photocatalysts contain not only element N, but also elements C and H.
