摘要
在改革开放政策的指引下,我国各族人民经过30年的不断探索、大胆实践,使社会主义现代化事业向纵深推进,实现了一系列历史性突破,取得了举世瞩目的伟大成就。我国的综合国力大幅度攀升,人民生活显著改善,经济社会发生了巨大变化。经过30年改革开放政策的实施,使我国现代化建设进入了新的历史时期。由于经济社会发生诸多变化,在前进的道路上也会出现新的矛盾和问题,要解决这些新的矛盾和问题,就必须做出相应的政策调整,科学发展观是对改革开放政策的深化。因此,我们必须按照科学发展观的要求,进一步深化改革开放政策,推进体制机制的转变与创新。
Under the guidance of the reform and opening-up policy,our peoples push socialism career forward after 30 years of continuous exploration and bold practice and the socialist modernization has achieved a series of historic break-throughs.China s overall national strength increased significantly.People s lives improved significantly.The economy and society has changed dramatically.After the implementation of 30 years reform and opening-up policy,China s modernization has entered a new historical period. Economic and social changes have occurred due to a number of emergence of new contradictions and problems. To solve these new contradictions and problems, we must make corresponding pol- icy adjustments, is the deepening of reform and opening-up policy. Therefore, we must follow the scientific concept of development, further deepen reform and opening policies, promote institutional mechanisms to change and innovate.
