摘要
在绩效指标建立过程中,供电企业遇到很多困难、付出了很多努力,可是结果却还是有很多遗憾。经过实践,企业在实践过程中探索建立以约束性指标、履职性指标、导向性指标为主要内容的绩效管理考核系统,有利于提升供电企业业绩,简化绩效考核流程,并节约了大量人力和财力。
Air supply enterprises have confronted many difficulties during establishing the performance indexes. Much efforts haven't bring due outcomes. We try to establish a system for valuing performance which has contents of restrictive, and performing and directive indexes and is helpful for promoting performance of power supply enterprises, simplify valuing procedure and saving plenty of work and money.
