用离线超临界流体萃取-气相色谱/质谱考察兰州市大气层中有机污染物 被引量:11

摘要 按照功能分区布点法在兰州市区选择了火车站、盘旋路、中山桥、化物所六楼楼顶、西固街区、兰炼厂区、雁滩乡和兰山山顶八个点采集大气气相有机污染物样品,并在22.0MPa,80℃用甲醇改性的CO_2萃取,GC/MS进行定性定量分析。结果表明,最高含量(285.75μg·m^(-3))在兰炼厂区处,最低为兰山山顶(59.55μg·m^(-3))。同时发现雨天的污染情况明显低于晴天,而在一日中下午污染最严重,夜晚较低。 The organic pollutants and their concentrations in air collected in eight site in Lanzhou were analyzed by SFE-GC/MS. The optimum SFE condition is 22MPa, 80°C. The highest total pollutants concentrtion was found in the Lanzhou oil refining factory (285. 75μg · m-3), and the lowest total pollutants concentration was found on the crest of Lan hill (59. 55μg · m-3). We have also studied the relationship between the pollu-tants concentration and sampling time and weather. The pollution in fine day was high-est and rain can make the air clean. The pollution was the highest in the afternoon and the lowest in the evening.
