摘要
目的探讨3种不同黏结剂对固定义齿刚性及黏结层破坏负荷的影响。方法制作冠轴面厚度为1.0 mm、悬臂梁长11mm的铸造钴铬合金试件,分别应用磷酸锌水门汀、玻璃离子水门汀、树脂水门汀黏结。采用电阻应变花测量法分别检测冠在试戴和黏结状态下,咬合面和悬臂梁末端受力时的应力-应变情况及黏结层的破坏负荷。应用SPSS10.0软件包进行统计学检验。结果黏结状态下悬臂梁末端受力时冠的应变较试戴状态下显著减小,在悬臂梁正下方应变最大。3种不同黏结剂之间冠的应变及黏结层的破坏负荷无显著性差异。结论固定义齿黏结后刚性增强。单纯从力学角度看,3种黏结剂对固定义齿黏结效果无明显差异。悬臂梁末端受力更易造成冠的变形和黏结层的破坏。
Objective To measure the deformations of crowns and the failure loads of cements. Methods Fifteen crowns made by casting Co-Cr alloy were divided into three groups randomly. Each group had five crowns which were cemented with zinc phosphate cement(ZPC ), glass ionomer cement (GIC) and resin cement (Super Bond C&B, SB) respectively. Rosette gauge technique was used to measure the loadstrain of crowns and the fracture loads of cements at two states in two loading way respectively. SPSS10.0 was used to make statistical process. Results Cemented crowns exhibited smaller strains than those were not cemented.There were no statistical difference between different types of cements on the swains of cemented crowns and the failure loads of cements. Conclusion Comented fixed partial denture had better rigidity. The three types of cements used had no significant difference between luting results just by mechanical characteristics. The crowns deformed and the cements fractured more easily when the load was given at the end of the cantilever.
