微创内固定系统治疗股骨髁上骨折38例分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价微创内固定系统(LISS)股骨髁上骨折的应用效果。方法:对38例股骨髁上骨折行LISS内固定。结果:38例均获6~22个月随访,骨折愈合时间平均12周,无伸膝功能障碍。膝关节平均曲度110°,无断钉、骨折塌陷、骨延迟愈合、骨折再移位及感染等并发症发生。按HSS评分:优:29例,良:7例,可:2例。结论:微创内固定系统创伤小、骨折愈合快、固定牢靠,可早期功能锻炼,是治疗股骨髁上骨折的较好方法。
