生化检测技术在多囊卵巢综合征中的发展应用

摘要 实验室生化检测技术在对多囊卵巢综合征的临床诊治和科研方面都产生了非常重要的影响。异常的促性腺激素分泌和高雄激素的临床生化表现一直都是多囊卵巢综合征的重要检测指标。随着检测方法的不断发展更新以及对多囊卵巢综合征种族差异的深入研究,各个国家、区域的实验室生化检测诊断标准也会存在差异。实验室应建立正常的参考范围,为临床提供可靠的诊断依据。抗苗勒管激素的检测与多囊卵巢综合征各种临床特征的关系仍在探索中,研究中有很多对立的结果指标,仍需更多更合理的实验研究去探究。 Laboratory biochemical detection plays a very important role in differential diagnosis and scientific research of PCOS. Abnormal gonadotropin secretion and excessive androgen production are the most common and consistent laboratory findings in PCOS.With fast development and innovation in detecting methods for PCOS and progress in research on racial differences in PCOS, biochemical diagnostic criteria vary in different countries and regions. For one laboratory, normal reference ranges should be established to provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis. The relationships between AntiMullerian hormone(AMH) (also called Mullerian inhibiting substance, MIS) and clinical characteristics of PCOS are being explored, and because of many counter resuls in the research developed, more and reasonable researches are needed.
