摘要
目的探讨异丙酚在无痛胃镜检查中的临床应用价值。方法在异丙酚麻醉状态下为100例患者进行胃镜检查,观察记录应用异丙酚后神志消失时间,停用异丙酚后意识恢复时间,术中注意观察患者血压、呼吸、心率、心律、血氧饱和度、心电图和患者的反应。结果异丙酚静脉注射后2分钟后神志消失,停药后2～8分钟苏醒,无严重不良反应发生。结论异丙酚麻醉下行无痛胃镜检查是安全,易行的。
Objective To explore the clinic value ofpropofol in painless gastroscopy. Methods After 100 patients received painless gastroscopy under intravenous anesthesia ofpropofol, the induction time and the recovery time were recorded. In addition, the parameters of BP, respiratory rate （RR）, heart rate （HR）, heart rhythm, blood oxygen saturation, ECG and responses in patients were observed during operation. Results The time of induction and recovery was about 2 minutes and 2 - 8minutes respectively, and no serious side effects were observed. Conclusion It could be safe and easy to use propofol anesthesia in painless gastroscopy.
