摘要
通过数学公式推导分别建立了节流缝隙为三角槽型、矩槽型和矩槽抛物线修正型变节流缓冲机构缓冲效果的数学模型,由数学模型得出的仿真曲线清晰地反应了这三种结构型式缓冲效果的优劣,缓冲效果的对比可为液压缸缓冲机构结构设计中变节流型式选型提供参考依据.
The paper established the mathematical models on buffer effect of triangle-typed,rectangle-typed and amended rectangle-typed variable throttling buffer structure by mathematical deduction respectively.The simulation curves of the mathematical models educed advantage and disadvantage of buffer effect of three throttling buffer structures evidently.Contrast of buffer effect can provide reference for choice of variable throttling buffer structure in structure design of buffer structure of hydraulic cylinder.
