摘要
试图用自组织理论的观点考察高校青年志愿者工作,主要从系统的开放性、非线性、远离平衡态和涨落的自组织特性来审视高校青年志愿者组织特性和志愿者工作问题,使高校青年志愿者组织成为自组织过程。
This paper tries to examine the work of the young volunteers in the university under the guidence of the theory of self-organizing,mainly surveying the features of university young volunteer organizations and their work in aspects of the openess,non-linearness,far-from equilibrim and fluctuations of this system in the hope that organizating the unversity young volunteers will become a process of self-organizing.
