摘要
通过阐述如何解决思想认识不到位的问题、选题立项不科学的问题、组织领导不得力的问题、小改小革无实效的问题、党员感召力不强的五大问题,以及怎样开展好"五个一"党小组小改小革活动,对紧贴企业实际,实现党建工作与生产经营有效结合提出具体看法。
