摘要
清除人造板中甲醛的后处理试验结果表明,喷涂甲醛清除触媒后的人造板物理力学性能没有明显变化,甲醛清除触媒对不同种类人造板释放出的甲醛清除效果相同,E3级胶合板喷涂甲醛清除触媒后的甲醛释放量小于(等于)0.12mg/L,清除率大于99.08%。
The post treatment experiment result of the wood-based panels with formaldehyde removed from them shows that the physical and mechanical properties of the wood-based panels with formaldehyde clearance membrane sprayed over them have no noticeable change and that formaldehyde clearance membrane has the same removal effect on the formaldehyde released from different kinds of wood-based panels, with the formaldehyde emission ≤0.12mg/L and clearance rate 〉 99.08% for E3 class plywood sprayed with formaldehyde clearance membrane.
