摘要
采用等速变温DSC法研究了HDPE、LLDPE及EPDM对PP非等温结晶行为的影响。结果表明,PE的加入使PP的结晶峰温度升高,熔点下降,且使结晶速率加快,球晶细化。HDPE先于PP结晶,并促使PP/HDPE共混物中的PP异相成核。LLDPE的存在会诱发PP生成亚稳态的β晶系,β晶的生成量与LLDPE的含量有关。EPDM的存在也兼有异相成核作用,同时它还改善了晶区间的界面性能。
The kinetics of nonisothermal crystallization of polpropylene/polyethylene(PP/PE) blends was invesigated by using the constant heating and cooling DSC method. The results demonstrate that the addition of PE to PP produces the following broad effects: enhancement of the rate of nucleation of PP as evidenced by the variations of T c2 , T onset , and the initial slope of the exotherm; reduction of the size distribution of PP crystallites as evidenced by the decrease of half width of the crystallization peak. The crystallization rate of PP increases with the addition of HDPE accompanied by a faster of nucleation. LLDPE will induce PP to form the β crystal of metastable state. EPDM may effectively improve the phase bounary of PP/PE blends.
