改性酚醛基混杂纤维复合摩阻材料的研制 被引量:3

摘要 采用硼改性酚醛树脂,用羧基丁腈橡胶粉做为增韧剂,使用碳纤维、钢纤维和矿物纤维为增强组分,制备适宜于重载、高速行驶条件下车辆的摩阻材料。热失重分析表明改性树脂在400℃以下性质稳定。采用混杂纤维/改性酚醛研制的摩阻材料机械性能符合国标要求。 A friction material for vehicle and rolling stock used under heavy load and high speed condition was prepared from boronate of phenol formaldehyde resin(FB resin),with carboxy acrylonitrile butadiene rubber powder(CBN) as toughening agent,carbon fiber,steel fiber and mineral fiber as reinforcing components.The results of thermogravimetry showed FB/CBN modified resin system was stable below 400℃.The mechanical properties of the friction material prepared in this paper could fully meet the national standard and its friction property was very smooth in the using temperature range.
