跨越式发展:从"中师"到"大学"的飞跃——兼谈湖南一师经验

摘要 中国师范教育体系结构调整的必然趋势是从三级师范向二级师范并最终向一级师范过渡。师范教育层次结构重心的上移,必然伴随现有师专痛苦而艰难的命运选择。"升、并、撤、转",对地方师专而言,既孕育着无限的发展生机,又面临着严峻的生存挑战。我们选取湖南第一师范学院作为研究对象,总结该校的历史发展与经验:顺应师范教育发展的大趋势,由中师而师专进而师院,完成了由"中师"到"大学"的跨越式发展。我们认为,湖南一师的发展对淄博师专有借鉴意义。 For Chinese normal education system, the inevitable trend of structural adjustment is from third level normal school to second level normal school, and ultimately to first level normal school. The ascending of the structural focus of normal education is definitely accompanied by the painful and difficult fate choice of the existing normal colleges. "Upgrading, Merging, Revocating, Transfering", for the local normal colleges, means not only infinite developing vitality, but also tough challenges of survival. This paper selects Hunan First Normal College as a research object, and sums up the historical development and experience of the school: in response to the major trend of the development of normal education, it experiences the development from "secondary normal school" to " University" by leaps and bounds, which is a good reference for the development of Zibo Normal College.
