摘要
以对硝基苯甲酸为起始原料,经过氰基化、酯化、氨解和还原反应合成对氨基苯甲脒二盐酸盐,改进工艺中用还原铁粉作还原剂,用对甲苯磺酰胺作氰基化试剂。
p-Amino benzenecarboxamidine dihydrochloride was synthesized from p-nitrobenzoic acid via cyanidation, esterfication, ammionification and reduction. The synthetic process was improved on using reductive ferrum as the reductive agent and p-methyl benzene sulfonamide as the cyanide agent.
