摘要
为了对大型工程结构或构件进行试验,分析比较了10种反力架形式,最终确定三维空间加载钢结构反力架与钢筋砼反力墙配合使用的形式。经2年的使用检验,反力架具有足够的强度、刚度、稳定性,而且经济实用。
Large-scale projects in order to structure or components, are analyzed and test the compared the form of ten kinds of reaction frames, and ultimately determine the three-dimensional space to load steel frame with reinforced concrete reaction wails with the use of anti-power form. It can be long 6.5m, width 1.7m, high 5. 57m components of the structure or three-dimensional co-ordination of the electro-hydraulic servo load, maximum load vertical 3 000kN, maximum load level of 1 000 kN. After two years the use of testing, reaction frame forces have sufficient strength, stiffness and stability, and economical and practical.
