摘要
在水热条件下,合成2个配合物[M2(PDB)3.4H2O]n,(M为Ce、La,PDB为2,6-吡啶-二羧酸),并对其结构进行表征.通过紫外光谱法、荧光光谱法和凝胶电泳分析法,研究配合物与DNA的作用机理.结果表明这2个配合物能与DNA发生作用,并具备DNA切割能力.
The complexes[M2(PDB)3·4H2O]n(M is La or Ce,and PDB is 2,6-pyridine-dicarboxylic acid) were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized.The primary interaction mechanism of the complexes with DNA were studied by means of UV spectrum,fluorescence spectrum and electrophoresis.The results showed that the complexes had the ability of interaction with DNA and DNA cleavage.
