摘要
人是处在一个动态发展的社会环境中的，信息技术的发展使社会变化速度更快，因此要将学习贯穿人生的全过程，即终身学习。网络环境下的互动学习，使已经失去正规教育机会的学习者方便地同其他学习者、相关专家交流，方便获取学习资源，实现终身学习。
People are in a dynamic development of the social environment, and the development of information technology make a faster social change, so we must learn throughout our life, that is lifelong learning. Interactive learning under network environment, make the learners who have lost the opportunity of formal education easily to communicate with other learners and experts, to facilitate access to learning resources, to achieve lifelong learning.
