摘要
应用现代CAE软件系统建立缓冲器的数字试验平台,通过数字试验研究重载货车缓冲器的性能,重点分析缓冲器摩擦副之间的摩擦系数、主弹簧刚度及初压力与阻抗力和容量之间的关系,并通过重载列车纵向动力学仿真分析研究不同性能的缓冲器对重载列车纵向力的影响。
Application of advance CAE system to establish the numerical simulating platform of buffers,the performances of heavy haul buffers are studied with numerical experiment,focusing on analysis of the relationship between buffer friction coefficient,the main spring stiffness,primary pressure and resistant force or capacity.And the influence of different buffers function to the heavy longitudinal train is analyzed.
