摘要
目的:调查中学生心理健康状况,并观察综合干预效果。方法:对江苏省南通市某中学的2412名学生作90项症状清单(SCL-90)调查,对其中有2项以上评分≥2者进行综合心理干预。结果:中学生SCL总分及大多数因子分均显著高于常模。综合心理干预后有显著下降。结论:中学生心理问题颇多,综合心理干预有显著效果。
Objective: To investigate and observe the intervention effects on the mental health state in middle school students. Method :2 412 students in a middle school of Nantong city of Jiangsu province were investigated by symptom checklist 90 ( SCL-90), and complex psychological interventions were paid to students with scores ≥2 in more than 2 subscales of SCL-90. Results: The total scores and most subscales of SCL-90 were significantly higher than the norm. There were significantly decresed after complex psychological intervention. Conclusion:There are many psychological problem in middle school students. Complex psychological intervention has significant effect.
