摘要
从理论和实践层面,论述了高等农业教育可以通过改革办学模式和人才培养模式,创新农民培训方式,加强科技研发和推广,加强农业信息服务体系建设,支持农业合作经济组织的建设与发展,帮助农村繁荣文化事业和加强理论和实践问题研究等途径为农村提供人才支持、科技支撑、政策咨询和信息、文化服务,为社会主义新农村建设做出应有的贡献。
