摘要
通过一起工程款纠纷案的处理过程,启示企业管理者及相关管理人员,签订合同必须按照程序,聘请专业人员严格把关;一旦发生纠纷,应根据国家法律规定及要求,及时向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼,主动维护自身的合法权益。
The treatment of a project fund dispute case inspirited management of the enterprise and related management persons must follow process when sign a contract and invite professionals to check on strictly; if dispute occurs, we should institute lawsuit at the people＇ s court who possesses jurisdiction in time according to national law, to defend ourselves＇ legal right.
