摘要
粮食流通宏观调控体系建设对规范我国粮食市场秩序,提高粮食流通效率,保障粮食供应,实现粮食安全和促进经济社会协调发展具有十分重要的作用。通过阐述宏观调控体系建设与粮食安全的密切关系,提出了粮食流通宏观调控体系建设的目标和原则,并对粮食流通宏观调控体系构成要件进行了概括和分析,在此基础上,就如何构建符合我国国情的粮食流通宏观调控体系提出了具体的建议。
The construction of China＇s macro regulation and control system over grain distribution plays a very important role in regulating China＇s grain market order,improving efficiency of grain distribution,ensuring food supply,realizing food security and promoting economic-socio coordination development.By discussing the close relationship between food security and the construction of macro-control system,it raised the objectives and principles of macro-control system over grain distribution,moreover,made summaries and analysis on the constitutive elements of the system.As far as Chinese situation was concerned,it also proposed some concrete suggestions on how to construct macro regulation and control system over grain distribution.
