摘要
Modbus协议由于其协议简单、实施容易、性价比高等优点,在工业控制领域得到了广泛应用。为了加深对Modbus协议的核心内容的理解和掌握,促进Modbus的实际应用,在概述Modbus协议的基础上,设计了具有代表性实验项目的Modbus实验系统,并重点描述了其硬件基本组成单元。从整体设计思想和具体功能实现两方面对软件设计进行了说明,并辅以一个具体实验项目实例。实际使用表明,该实验系统操作简单,界面友好,较好地体现了Modbus协议的关键技术,有助于使用者快速掌握Modbus协议核心内容。同时该系统可为Modbus的产品开发及工业应用提供参考。
Abst Modbus protocol is widely used in the domain of industry control for the strongpoints of simple protocol, expediently operating and low cost. To learn and master the main Modbus protocol better and promote the practice use of Modbus, this paper introduced Modbus protocol first and designed a Modbus experiment system which provided representative experimental projects. The hardware units of the system were mainly illuminated. The software design of the system was described from both general idea and specific function implement. A particular experiment project was illustrated. The experiment system operates simply and has friendly interface as in the practical use. It reveals the kernel Modbus protocol and contributes to quick mastery of Modbus protocol for the user. The system can be a reference of developing products of Modbus in industry.
