摘要
本文结合某产品汇流环结构,从汇流环的接触电阻性能、接触副的热性能、接触应力说明导电环硬度对汇流环接触特性的影响,从导电环的疲劳磨损机制和摩擦磨损机制探讨导电环磨屑的形成,提出了按导电摩擦副的接触应力选取导电环材料强度(硬度)的方法。
Based on structure of a slip ring used by a product, analysis to contact resistance characteristic, contact - pair thermal characteristic and contact stress of the slip ring shows that contact characteristic of the slip ring is impacted by hardness of conducting ring. Generation of metal dust due to wear of conducting ring is discussed based on fatigue wear and friction wear mechanism of conducting ring. A method to select hardness of conducting ring materials is presented based on contact stress of conductive friction-pair.
