摘要
分析了国际几种主流液压支架电液控制系统产品通讯网络实现方法,并对各自优缺点进行了比较。针对液压支架电液控制系统架构下传输路径的特点,提出了一种RS485和RS422并存的硬件设计方案。针对系统中2种传输数据的不同特性,提出了一种优化的软件设计思路。
The achieve methods of communications network of several popular electro-hydraulic control system for hydraulic support products in the international are analysed and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.Aiming at the characteristics of transmission path of electro-hydraulic control system for hydraulic support,a design that both with RS485 and RS422 is given.Aiming at the characteristics of two different types of transmit data for the system,a optimization software design is given.
