摘要
研究生创新能力的培养是研究生教育的重要内容。文章从分析制约研究生创新能力发展的原因出发,探索了改善研究生创新能力培养的途径,认为激活研究生自主意识、加强学科和师资队伍建设、推进德育创新、营造有利于研究生创新能力培养的环境,是研究生创新能力培养的行之有效的方法。
It is the important content to cultivate the ability of innovation in postgraduate students education. Based on analyzing and summarizing the reasons restricting the development of postgraduate students＇ ability of innovation, the approaches of improving postgraduates＇ innovation ability have been put forward. As a result, it is clear that motivating postgraduates＇ self-consciousness of independence, strengthening the construction of disciplines and teaching staff, upgrading the level of teacher procession, promoting the innovation of moral education and building an advantageous environment to the coultivation of postgraduates＇ innovation ability, which would be effective ways to the cultivation of postgraduates＇ innovation ability.
