江苏省如东县试行餐饮业食品卫生监督量化分级管理效果评价

Effect Assessment of Quantified and Classified Management on Food Hygiene Surveillance of Catering Trade for Trial Implementation in Rudong County of Jiangsu Province

摘要 目的评价对餐饮业试行食品卫生监督量化分级管理的效果。方法选择如东县城内硬件条件较好的餐饮单位,在其自愿的情况下,进行量化分级管理,并实行经常性卫生监督。结果102户餐饮单位试行卫生监督量化分级管理后,各类餐饮单位卫生许可量化得分为(84.07±4.31)分,高于试行量化分级管理前的(76.97±4.51)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同类型餐饮单位存在的问题不同。结论餐饮单位食品卫生监督量化分级管理具有明显效果。对增强企业卫生安全意识具有促进作用。 [ Objective] To assess the impact of quantified and classified management tried on food hygiene surveillance of catering trade for trial implementation in Rudong County of Jiangsu Province. [ Methods ] Some restaurants, with better conditions of hardware, were selected to perform quantified and classified management of food hygiene surveillance voluntarily, and administrated by regular hygiene surveillance. [ Results] The hygiene permission quantified scores ( 84.07 3= 4.31 ) of 102 restaurants after trial implementation of quantified and classified management were higher than their scores ( 76.72 3= 4.51) before it, the difference was significant (P〈0.01). There were different hygienic problems in different types of restaurants. [ Conclusion] Quantified and classified food hygiene surveillance management is significantly effective and can improve the enterprises'consciousness of hygiene safety.
