摘要
建立高效液相色谱仪检测大米蛋白中三聚氰胺含量的方法。样品经固相萃取,采用XDB-C8色谱柱,在240m检测波长进行HPLC分析。该方法简单、快速、重现性好。在0.5~50μg/mL范围内呈良好线性(r^2=0.9999),在添加浓度为2~10mg/kg范围内,三聚氰胺回收率在90%-08%。
A HPLC method was developed for the determination of melamine content in rice protein. For the quantitative analysis, samples were pretreated by solid-phase extraction (SPE) and then analyzed on a XDB-C8 stainless column at 240nm.The method was accurate, rapid and convenient. The liner range of melamine content was 0.5-50μg/mL (r^2=0.9999). And the recoveries of melamine were 90-98% when the concentration of melamine was of 2-10 mg/kg.
