摘要 通过对烧结烟气在线监测数据的统计分析,摸索了烟气成分变化与烧结生产参数变化之间的关系,将其用于烧结过程变化趋势的分析与预测,有利于烧结机稳定和优质高产。 Through statistic analysis of on-line monitoring data of sintering flue gas, the relation of flue gas composition variation with the sintering production parameters variation was investigated, the investigation result can be used for analysis and prediction of the sintering process variation trend, furthermore, it is helpful for stable operation of sinter machine, high yield and high quality of sinter.
