摘要
我国从高职院校基本情况,包括院所数目、师资等基本情况入手,同时对近期有关高职人力资源管理研究文献进行综述,进而对其所存在人力资源观念落后、缺乏有效的激励机制等主要问题进行分析,试图为研究高职人力资源管理提供帮助和参考。
This paper starts with the basic information about the current situations of Vocational and Technology Institutes, including the number and staff of them. After overview of the recent literatures concerning the human resource management in vocational and technology institutes, the author mainly focuses on the following issues: backward notions in human resource management and lack of effective motivate mechanism in some institutes. The purpose of this paper is to offer some help and reference in the study of human resource management in vocational and technology institutes.
