摘要
人才资本是决定一个地区经济发展的决定性因素。民族地区作为欠发达地区,人才队伍建设面临诸多困难和问题,就如何围绕优势特色产业发展和重大项目建设,加大民族地区急需紧缺人才队伍建设,推动民族地区经济发展进行了深入的思考,并提出相应的对策和建议。
Qualified talents are the crucial to the economic development of an area. The ethnic areas, which are relatively less developed than the rest of the country, are facing plenty of problems and challenges in building the tal- ent team. This thesis discussed the development of characteristic industries and major construction projects, and put forward proposals on the way to strengthen the badly needed talent team construction and promote social and eco- nomic progress in the ethnic areas.
