摘要
本文采用干法灰化法处理样品,用HNO3溶解灰化残渣,用原子吸收光谱法测定了溶液中的Mg、Ca、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Co、Ni、Pb、Cd等10种元素的含量,为研究大蒜的食用及药用价值提供了理论依据。
The garlic was ashed by drying-method, and then the residue was dissolved in HNO3. The contents of Mg, Ca, Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Co, Ni, Pb and Cd in garlic were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry which provided theoretical basis for its edible and medical value.
