摘要
应用反相高效液相色谱法，以水（１％醋酸）－乙腈－甲醇（７０∶０．６∶３０）为流动相，测定了止痛药膜中阿魏酸的含量。其保留时间为１５．３０ｍｉｎ，平均加样回收率为１００．１３％，ＲＳＤ为１．０１％。
The content of ferulic acid in anodyne medicated membrane was determined by reverse phase HPLC.H 2O 1%HAC MeCN MeOH(70∶0 6∶30)was used as a mobile phase.The retention time was 15.3min.The recovery and RSD were 100 13% and 1 01%.
