摘要
为了研究正梯形和倒梯形对称双脊波导的传输特性,采用时域有限差分法,计算了窄边与宽边比为0.45的条件下,脊的几何尺寸在中间位置连续变化时的传输特性,得出其TE模式的截止波长、单模带宽,并且给出了上述特性与波导尺寸之间的关系曲线。结果表明脊间距越小,单模带宽越高,倒梯形对称双脊波导的截止波长较同尺寸矩形和梯形要大。所得结果对波导器件的设计有重要参考价值。
In order to study the trapezoid and anti - trapezoid symmetrical double ridged waveguide's transmission characteristic. Based on the time domain finite difference method the transmission characteristic is calculated under condition that physical dimension of the ridge in the middle of the waveguide which the ratio of short side to long side is 0.45. Then the cut - off wavelength and single - mode bandwidth of the TE modes have been presented. Further more, the relationship between above characteristics and the shape of the waveguide; it is shown that the ridged waveguide would gain a higher single mode bandwidth as the distance of ridges is closer;the anti - trapezoid ridge waveguides cut - off wavelength is longer than rectangle and trapezoid ridged waveguides which have the same dimensions. The results are important for the design of the waveguide devices.
