摘要
注气过程中,CO2沿井筒到地层温度、压力变化较大,CO2黏度是重要的流体物性参数。鉴于P-V-T和T-μ-P图的相似性建立的基于P-R状态方程的CO2黏度模型,通过引入卡当公式求解并将解表示成三角函数和双曲函数的形式,适用于注气过程中存在跨临界的宽温度、宽压力范围的CO2黏度的计算。通过与实验测试结果的153个数据点对比分析,平均相对误差6.32%。该模型即求解方法具有较高的精度,并能够连续通过临界点,方便实用。
In the process of gas injection, the temperature and pressure of carbon dioxide will greatly change from well bore to reservoir. The CO2 viscosity is an important fluid property parameter. We found a CO2 viscosity model based on P-R state equation in terms of the comparability of P-V-T chart and T-μ-P chart. The model introduces the Cardan formula to solve and expresses the solution as a form of trigonometric function or hyperbolic function, which is suit for the CO2 viscosity calculation of cross-critical wide ranges of temperature and pressure existed during the gas injection. Average relative error is 6.32% through the comparative analysis of 153 data points from experiment result. The model is high in precision and it can get across the critical points continuously. The model is very convenient and practical.
